Welcome to the website for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance Orange County, CA Chapter (DBSA-OC). We are a local chapter and independent affiliate of the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA). We are a registered not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization operating in and serving communities in Orange County, CA.

For more than 40 years, we have been helping those with mood disorders and their families navigate the ups and downs of life.

About DBSA Orange County

DBSA-OC is the local chapter serving communities within the Orange County, California area. Our primary services include training and volunteers to provide the skills required to form and facilitate support groups to aid those with mental health diagnoses navigate life. This is accomplished through peer mentorship and coaching by experienced members as well as guidance through recovery and group facilitation curricula.

Our groups are peer-run and service to our chapter is rooted in volunteerism. Membership at all levels in our organization and participation in our support groups requires no cost or fees. The only requirement for membership is a desire to participate in one's wellness and recovery.
